WHAT: Organizational Meeting For Parents

WHERE: High School Library
An informational meeting for parents of students in grades 9-12 will be held next Wednesday night in the high school library at 7:00. In recent years, student helpers have been harder to find, so we have expanded our numbers to include 4 classes. Jeff Grebin will run through a quick history of March Mayhem, where we stand for 2017, and how you can make a positive impact on the success of this annual fundraiser. Thousands of dollars have been given back to various community needs as well the class accounts to help defray the costs of homecoming, prom, and their senior trip.
Traditional Activities: 3-on-3 basketball, dodgeball, 3-pt shooting contest, slam dunk contest, 5K Fun Run/Walk or 5K Glow Run/Walk (last 2 years), Glow in the Dark Volleyball (2016), Concession stands.
Other possible activities: Hot Dog Eating contest, bean bag toss tournament, community fundraising meal, raffle, young children obstacle course (glow course?)

Formulate a plan for concession stands/meals
Create a plan to strengthen specific areas of need
