Request for Statement of Qualifications - Construction Manager at Risk
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENTER INTO A GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE CONTRACT
Stanton Community Schools, pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 26A, intends to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for construction.
Stanton Community School District will publish a request for qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager at-Risk (CM@R) services for Entry Addition and Renovations located at 605 Elliott Street, Stanton, IA 51573.
The CM@R will be chosen using a two-step solicitation process and chosen on “best-value.”
Step (1)
All CM@R submittals who have demonstrated sufficient qualifications based on the following criteria will be offered Step (2) a request for proposal (RFP) (including fees) to serve as CM@R on the Stanton Entry Addition and Renovation. Selection will be based on the published criteria and final rankings.
- Firm Name, information and legal standing.
- Projects of similar size and scope in either the public or private sector
- Past Performance including budgeting, build quality, completion schedules and References
- Safety Record and Program
- Proposed Personnel Team for this project Company Structure
- Proposed Methodology and Approach to this project, including responsiveness to Owner.
- Financial Responsibility
- Capacity to perform work.
