RFQ Notice to Subcontractors
Hausmann Construction is soliciting qualifications for Subcontractors interested in providing bids on the Stanton Community Schools.
Project Scope
This project encompasses all construction activities as it relates to the following: The administration addition will be roughly 4,000 square feet of new construction while the renovations include roughly 7,600 square feet. Selective demolition to multiple areas of the school including the main entry and associated site demolition, earthwork preparing the existing grade for the new addition, and bringing utilities from existing adjacent streets for the new building. The shell of the building will consist of cast stone or brick, glazing, and metal panels. The structure is to be structural steel and non-load bearing metal framing. The addition and renovation areas include new flooring/ceilings, casework, electrical, plumbing, and hvac.
