Iowa Assessments Breakfast:
All students (k-12) will eat breakfast on Tues., Wed., and Thursday at no charge. The junior high and high school will be able to begin eating at 8:00 and will be expected to be finished by 8:30. The elementary will be going by class after they are all in the building at 8:15.

After Prom Meeting:
There will be an After Prom Meeting for all Junior and Senior Parents on Thursday, February 2nd at 6:30 in the school library. If you can not make it please contact Dawn Weis at (712)370-8880.
State Large Group Speech:
State Speech contest is this Saturday at West Des Moines Valley High School. The students have been refining and perfecting their performances. It will be an excellent learning day as the students compete at a higher level. All large group speech students advanced from districts to perform this weekend. The group improv team of Camden, Abby, and Noah will perform at 1:40PM in Center 11 and the group improv team of Megan, Chloe, and Alexis will perform at 1:50PM in Center 9. Our radio broadcasting (Jody, Savanna, Libby, Chloe, Abby, Noah, Camden) will be judged at 2:50PM in Center 12. The musical theater duo of Alexis and Megan compete at 3:30PM in Center 7. It has been such a wonderful speech season and we are looking forward to our performances on Saturday afternoon. Good Luck!

Driver’s Ed Class:
Driver’s Education
We will be starting driver's education earlier this year. The date for starting is tentatively set for February 8th. It will last until approximately the end of April. The classroom portion will be mainly Wednesdays from 4:30 PM-6:30 PM and Saturday mornings from 8:00 AM-10:00 AM. Driving will be scheduled on the other days (not Sundays). We will cut the number off at 24 so please get signed up as soon as possible. The specific cost has been set at $315 per Stanton District student and $370 for out of district students. Signup sheet is in the High School office. If you have questions please call the office at 712-829-2162.
