May 10, 2018, SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The Stanton School District Board of Directors met at 12:30 PM on Thursday, May 10, 2018, in the Board Room for a special session. President Brian Bates called the meeting to order with Directors Tom Weis present with Director Amy Tibben and Paul Vanderholm on phone. Additional attendees were Superintendent Chris Herrick and Board Secretary Tammy Boyer.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Director Tibben made a motion to approve the agenda with a second by Director Weis. The motion carried unanimously.
Director Travis Taylor arrived at 12:33 PM.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT
Director Weis made a motion to approve the contract for a period of two years as presented for David Gute as Superintendent with a second by Director Vanderholm. The roll was called and the vote was,
AYES: Amy Tibben, Paul Vanderholm, Tom Weis, Brian Bates, Travis Taylor
NAYS: None
The motion carried unanimously.
SHARING AGREEMENT WITH FREMONT-MILLS
Director Taylor made a motion to approve the sharing agreement for superintendent with Fremont-Mills as presented with a second by Director Tibben. The motion carried unanimously.

President Bates adjourned the meeting at 12:35 PM.
