SCHOOL LUNCH CHANGE:
If you plan on eating lunch with your child at school you MUST pay for your lunch and receive a lunch ticket in one of the offices before going to the lunchroom.
Cost of lunch is $4.25.
Boys Districts:
Boys District Basketball! Stanton will play at home on Feb. 16th, 8:00 game. They will play East Mills.

***Wellness Wednesdays @ the Viking Center with Dr. Drew Whigham

- The Viking Center would like to introduce a new monthly program: Wellness Wednesdays! One Wednesday each month, Dr. Drew Whigham will hold a seminar speaking about different topics related to health and wellness. Dr. Drew Whigham will be presenting information ranging from injury prevention to current research in health care to nutrition and everywhere in between. This month’s topic will be “Muscle Injuries – How do they happen and how can they be prevented.
- Dr. Drew holds degrees in human biology, nutrition and human performance, sports science, rehabilitation and chiropractic as well as being a certified acupuncturist. In addition to owning Back and Body Chiropractic, Dr. Drew is an instructor at Iowa Western Community College. He teaches courses in Anatomy & Physiology, Human Biology, Nutrition and Microbiology.
