SCHOOL LUNCH CHANGE
If you plan on eating lunch with your child at school you MUST pay for your lunch and receive a lunch ticket in one of the offices before going to the lunchroom.

Picture Retake Day
Tomorrow, Oct. 20 is picture retake day. If you have not had your picture taken please remember to bring picture form with you. If you are getting retakes, make sure you bring your picture packet.
Calendar Change: Football Action Tonight
Monday Oct. 19th. JH Football will be played Council Bluffs, not East Mills as the calendar says. All games will take place at Roberts Park at 1048 N. 25th St.

4 pm - JH HC vs. Stanton 2 QTRS.
4:30 - JH Stanton vs. FM 2 QTRS.
5 pm - JH FM vs. HC 2 QTRS
6:30 pm JV FM vs. HC.
Volleyball Action
The junior varsity volleyball team had great success in the tournament in Orient on Saturday. The team was undefeated in pool play after posting victories over East Union, Orient and Lamoni 1. In the consolation round, the Viqueens dropped their 3 set match to Earlham which placed the team in the top four of the 8 team tournament. Congratulations on your tournament and season play!
National Honor Society Induction
The Stanton Community School will induct six new members into the National Honor Society. Everyone is invited to attend the ceremony on October 22 beginning at 10:00. Congratulations to this year's inductees. Libby E., Ally F., Chelsea W., Jody V., Abby V. and Charles T.

“Pink Out”
“This is not a school sponsored event!” “Pink Out” on October 23rd against Nishnabotna. We would like to invite all Breast Cancer Survivors to the game to be introduced at the beginning of the game. We would also like to remember the ones that lost the fight to Breast Cancer! Please come dressed in pink and support your community Friday night!
Pink Balloons will be sold for $1 or Free Will Donation on both sides of the football field. We will release the balloons after we honor and remember our community.
Long Sleeve Pink Shirts are available for sale Kids Medium and Large, Adult Small, Medium, Large and X-Large are $15.00, 2 X-Large and 3 X-Large are $17.00. There is also Socks in Adult Small, Medium, Large and X-Large for $12.00. There is also pink stocking hats for sale for $14!
