Grant McArdle. Man, legend, President? As the
candidates for the 2008 elections start to become clear, one cannot ignore
the future. A charismatic young man by the name of Grant McArdle is
creating a political uproar in the small town of Stanton, Iowa. Grant is a
junior attending Stanton High School and has big dreams. Very big dreams. He
has started his campaign to one day become President of the United States of
America. The Hallway Insider had the privilege of interviewing this special young man. T.H.I.: What political party are you associated with? Grant: Presidential. T.H.I.: When did you realize when you wanted to become President? Grant: Last year.
Grant: To make a better world. T.H.I.: What are some of the hottest topics you have faced this year? Grant: Women's Rights. Slavery. And environmental issues. T.H.I.: As far as women's rights and slavery, you are highly opposed, correct? Grant: Well, lets just say i'm open to change. T.H.I.: And how do you plan on solving the landfill issue? Grant: By filling the Grand Canyon. T.H.I.: Last question. If elected who would be your vice President. Grant: Long time family friend Jake Snow T.H.I.: Thanks for your time Grant. Grant McArdle, who has came out of nowhere to become the popular favorite? Jon: Very confident, I'm sure that I can smoke him in everything he tries to do. T.H.I.: If elected, what would you do to make the school a better place? Jon: Fire everyone except Mr. Grebin. T.H.I.: But who would teach the classes? Jon: Chuck Norris T.H.I.: Chuck Norris? Why would he want to teach here? Jon: Let's just say I have my connections, T.H.I.: How do you feel about the environment? Jon: The environment is stupid. T.H.I.: Why do you say that? Jon: Too many anthills, we need to keep the trees alive. T.H.I.: Okay that's all the time we have, thank you for your time.
