Virtual Event Team Challenge!
The objective of The Virtual Event Team Challenge! is to win. In order to win your team needs to successfully plan a charity event for a United Way foundation raising event (challenge). In order to successfully plan the charity event, each member has to fulfill their duties of finding the right personnel to accomplish the charity event. Night Hawk:
The Night Hawk is responsible for making decisions regarding people's health and
safety at the fund-raising event - including decisions about which facilities,
both medical and security services to contract for the event.
Social Butterfly:
The Social Butterfly is responsible for making decisions
regarding how people will have fun at the virtual United Way charity event -
including what amusements and food will be available.
Mix Master:
The Mix Master is responsible for decisions
regarding entertainment at the fund-raising event for the United Way - including
decisions about music and a sound system for the event.
Spin Doctor:
The Spin Doctor is responsible for making decisions regarding promoting the
charity event so that the largest possible number of people hear about it,
attend and spend money to support the charity -- including decisions about
partnering with promotional agencies and finding giveaway items and other
merchandise for the event.
