Here are some of Ross's recommended bands that he enjoys listening to and maybe some songs that you might enjoy.

Atreyu - Atreyu, a very interesting band that integrates a nice yelling/screaming but still has choruses that the drummer sings. With guitar solos that would melt your face off.

Songs - Atreyu - Bleeding Mascara, Right Side of the Bed, The Crimson, and The Remembrance Ballad.

Avenged Sevenfold A7X - Another great band. A7X have a really good sound, they mixed old 80s metal with today's metal.

Songs - Avenged Sevenfold: Bat Country, Unholy Confessions, and Many Many more.

36 Crazyfists - AAAHH...really really good Alaskan band, but there really aren't any Alaskan Bands.  Good Sreamo/Singo band.

Songs - 36 Crazyfists: Bloodwork, Song for the Fisherman, Waterhaul.

30 Seconds to Mars - One thing that needs to be said about 30 Seconds to Mars, Jared Leto. "Space Rock" is what some say they play but it's all good.

Songs - 30 Seconds to Mars - ATTACK!, Edge of the Earth, The Mission, Welcome to the Universe.
